The room was convenient, new-fashioned, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was marvellous and perfect in the centre. Moreover, it's near Frankfurt downtown.

truly enjoyed our rooms with a double bed. the breakfast was excellent and incredibly nice, they make lots of meals. the location was great near to shops.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible.

New-fashioned room, clean and convenient place, cooperative staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a writing desk. Simply no complaints, fine stay.  

The hotel was fairly clean and had fabulously friendly and excellent staff with at least one desk clerk. The unbeatable and excellent location, we were next to a bus stop.

Nice building and rooms with air conditioning.

The hotel was convenient in general, had pleasant staff with at least one desk clerk. I had coffee, a kettle, and a writing table in the clean and warm enough room. The location of the property was great, close to town centre.  

We didn't want to say goodbye and will be returning here soon. The location was nice - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The property was within walking distance from a train station.  

Overall it was extremely spacious and fairly quiet with a double bed. Loved our stay in this hotel.

Absolutely perfect and magnificent location to Historisches Museum Hanau. Set next to a bus station in the shopping area.

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the rooms being available an hour before check-in to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is also pretty 

Near city location for travel & shopping

This is the third time that we have stayed at Arcadia. We find the location peaceful but central, the staff are very accommodating and pleasant. We plan to stay here next time when ever that will be.

Close to destination, clean, courteous staff, warm water, quiet.

Nothing, all was good.

Excellent location, only 1.1 km from the train station. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Reception staff were brilliant, fluent in English and very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.
